Abstract. Article is devoted to the analysis of one of significant documents in difficult process of post-conflict settlement — to the Agreement between the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania and the Republic of Ingushetia about development of cooperation and neighborliness (2002). Signed in pursuance of decrees of the president of the country V. V. Putin, the Agreement appeared really operating tool promoting acceleration of process of stabilization of a situation, reconciliation of the parties in interethnic opposition.

Babich I.L. Ossetians in France (1919–1939)

Abstract. In 1917–1919 in France were gradually developed not only the Russian Diaspora from Russia after October revolution of 1917, but also Caucasian Diaspora. In France every refugee over the age of 15 could obtain the Nansen passport in the Ministry of internal Affairs of France. In this article, based of the new archival material from the Archives of the Police of the Prefecture in France, are analyzed the attitude of the ossetians to the French citizenship and a French passport, and then as a whole – to France.

Torchinov Kh. Z. To a question about the innovative factor of economy development in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania

Abstract. The article presents the data of monitoring of innovative projects and enterprises in North Ossetia-Alania on the basis of own scientific research and applied development for several years. An attempt to analyze the reasons for a steady decrease in the level and number of scientific and technical developments, as well as resistance to innovation and the public sector and business.Given some measures to improve the situation in the innovation sphere.

Gazeev V.M., Gurbanov A.G., Lexin A.B., Gurbanova O.A. Late miocene-early pliocenevolcanites from environs of Tschinval city (Republic of South Ossetia)

Abstract. At the central part of Dzerulsky projection of intermountain zone of the Lesser Caucasus, in a line from Tschinval city (on east) up to Kutaisi city (on west), are present a rare, separate bodies basalt of fracture type and teschenites. Investigation of this rock association have a great importance for deciphering of paleogeodynamics conditions (processes), exhibiting in this region beginning from Late Miocene. Investigation of representative samples of trachybasalts and trachyandesibasalts, which are distributed in valleys of Big and Small Liachvarivers near Tschinval city. Results of RFA and ICP-MS analysises of volcanites are listed. The petrographic description of the rocks was done and their geochemical peculiarities have been considerate. It was shown, that these rocks are intraplate formations with a riftogenic geochemical characteristics.

Abstract. The total foreign trade balance of agricultural products in Georgia summarized as negative in 2014 and the first half period of 2015. Totally it made up – 5732.7 mln. USD, Accordingly the total balance of agricultural products through the first half of 2015 made up - about -312. 55mln. USD. To compare the foreign trade balance of 2014 to 2013 the same period, it increased in 11%, but for agricultural products not so much, up to 03%.

Zangievа F.T. Phase of growth and development grain sorghum at different times of planting and forest-steppe zone clogging North Ossetia-Alania

Abstract. For the first time in the conditions of forest-steppe zone of North Ossetia-Alania studied peculiarities of crops adapted and prospective varieties of grain sorghum – Zersta 97, Krusta and hybrid Ekva 1. In the forest-steppe zone of North Ossetia-Alania in 2009-2011.conducted research on the study of some of the elements of technology of cultivation of this crop, a positive effect on the productivity of grain sorghum zoned and promising varieties.
