Djusoity N.G.On Influence and National Grace (speech at the conference on literary intercourse at the Institute of World Literature, December 24–26, 1963)

Abstract. The report “On Influence and National Grace” by N.G. Djusoity, the outstanding Ossetian scholar-philologist and writer, was elaborated and published in 1963, however its major historical, ethical and aesthetical ideas are still relevant – in a new way, maybe, but still none the less. As for the methodological value of the text, it is of great worth for Ossetian (and generally North Caucasian) literary studies.

HISTORY

Makhmudova K.Z. Caucasian vector in the eastern policy of Peter I (1700–1722)

Abstract. Since the beginning of the reign of Peter I in Russian policy in the Caucasus is activated. Grow and claims Safavid Iran and the Ottoman Empire to rule in the region, especially on the western coast of the Caspian Sea. Kulumbekova A.K. Brigand’s movement in terms of interethnic relations in Tersky region in the beginning of the XX century

Abstract. The article studies the essence, reasons of escalation and the role of brigands in the development of interethnic relations in Tersky region in the beginning of the XX century. The brigand’s movement analysis and the authorities struggle against it help to realize the confrontation growth reasons between mountain peoples and Cossacks.

Elbuzdukaeva T.U..Chronicle of "the first disarmament of Chechnya" (the 20-th of the XX century)

Abstract. The article presents a chronicle of the events of 20-ies of the twentieth century, associated with the insurgency in Chechnya. On the basis of documentary sources say about the methods used by the Bolsheviks. The article describes the methods of dealing with the Soviet government insurgency in Chechnya in the 20s. The twentieth century. On the basis of documentary sources, concludes that enforcement actions were the main arguments of the Bolsheviks in the struggle for power

Buraeva K.T. The sources of contemporary federalism in Russia

Chibirov T.N.The Iranian stratum in the linguistic expression of the concept “bæh” (“horse”) in Ossetian

AbstractIn this article the first attempt has been made to describe the representation of the Iranian stratum in the linguistic expression of the concept “BÆH” (“HORSE”) in Ossetic. As a result of our etymological analysis, which has been carried out according to the material of a number of lexical semantic classes, several stratums represented in the linguistic expression of the concept we study have been revealed, and also the fact that a significant proportion of the units that have predominantly Iranian nature has been found out. Thus, the material of the language data, made it possible to confirm the fact of the Ossets’ ethnogeny which also indicates their connection with the ancient Iranian-speaking tribes. And having found the Ossetic-Europeen language conformities allowed us to take a look at the historical events through the prism of linguistics that had taken place in a fairly distant past.

Abstract.Geological structure of the Ruach-Dzuar suite, including of redepositing volcanites (andesites, dacites, rhyodacites and more seldom – trachyandesites, trachyandesibasaltes) was discribed at this paper. Petrographycal characteristic of the volcanic rocks varieties, results of it geochemical investigation by XRF, ISP-MS methods and also data of isotope (Rb, Sr, Sm Nd) investigation was done. On the basis of geological and tnterpretation of obtained geochemical data the geodynamic nature of volcanites of the Ruach-Dzuar suite, its metallogenic specialization have been considered. The adacitian characteristics of Ruach-Dzuar suite volcanic rocks were first established.

Evdokimov S.I., Evdokimov V.S. A new technology of extraction iron oxide from glass silica sand

AbstractThe object of research is glass quartz sands containing 97,07 % SiO2, 0,34 % Fe2O3, 1,06 % Al2O3, 0,09 % TiO2, 0,007 % Cr2O7, 0,31 % CaO, 0,27 % MgO, 0,03 % MnO, 0,14 % K2O, 0,07 % Na2O, 0,09 % SO3, 0,52 % loi. In the sands dominated by grain size fraction (-0,315 + 0,100) mm, the output of which is 79,64 %; yield fines (particle size < 0,100 mm), minerals including clay does not exceed 12 %. Deironing sands used for flotation process steam mixture on a «two-jet»: ½ part of the sands emit foam product I jet flotation and mixed with the other ½ of the sand – II jet flotation. A distinctive feature of the flotation stream II is used as the gas phase of the mixture with hot air (> 100 0C) steam. This allows sands mark HS-030-B (mass fraction of silicon oxide SiO2 is not less than 98,5 % of iron oxide Fe2O3 is not more than 0,03 % of aluminum oxide Al2O3 is not more than 0,6 %). Heating steam consumption by using the technology of steam-air flotation is 1,79 kg / tonne of sand (9,7 * 10-4 Gcal / tonne of sand).
